Passover Seder

We do an Informal Seder Dinner, with a Rabbi, Haggadah, Song sheet
The event starts at 5:00 PM and will last till about 8:00, doors open at 4:45 PM
(complete table order must be in 5:30, starter courses must be served by 6:00

Seder Plate
Matzo and Chopped Chicken Liver

First Course: Gefilte Fish 

Second Course: Matzo Ball Soup 

6:00 there will be about a 45 min. ceremony

Main Course choice:
Braised Brisket of Beef, roasted potatoes and onions
Atlantic Salmon, cous cous, dill beurre blanc
Roasted Chicken, roasted cipolini onions & baby carrots, sherry jus

Dessert
Flourless Chocolate Cake, with raspberry sauce

Apple Walnut Strudel, creme anglaise
